Hiring! Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Laramie, Wyoming

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:

We are a growing outpatient practice, and we are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our telehealth team and contribute to helping clients discover healing and develop a sense of mastery over their lives through mindfulness and taking action

Job Duties:

  • Complete assessments of client’s mental health needs and provide telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to individual clients and groups
  • Documenting client services in EHR and practice management system
  • Deliver services in a culturally sensitive manner, acknowledging the diverse backgrounds, identities, and values of clients
  • To establish and maintain effective and mutually respectful relationships with professionals and support staff
  • Write detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports as needed to document client care.
  • Engage in crisis intervention when needed, providing immediate support and linking clients to appropriate resources
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school
  • Active, unrestricted, and Current license to practice as an LCSW in the state of Wyoming
  • Demonstrates excellent clinical skills
  • Ability to stay organized and keep calendar availability up to date to enable efficient client session scheduling
  • Experience in an outpatient practice setting is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a member of a team
  • Understanding of and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards
