Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The Clinical Social Worker is responsible for performing social work assessments and interventions as needed for patients in an outpatient clinic.
Job Duties:
  • Complete initial assessment of the identified patient, assessing client’s strengths, weakness, challenges, and abilities, and ensure all appropriate intake information and documentation is completed
  • Utilizes specific therapeutic modalities that will best suit client needs.
  • Identify specific psychological interventions to assist client in reaching their goals
  • Provide individual and/or family counseling
  • Provide vocational, experiential, and family counseling/coaching as needed
  • Collaborate with other community resources and referral sources to coordinate services for client
  • Provide crisis intervention and documentation when necessary
  • The clinician will provide over-the-phone assistance to the family and/or client when necessary
  • Maintains appropriate state license for scope of practice
  • Provide feedback and consultation to treatment team members regarding patient presentation and progress
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program
  • 1 Year Experience in a behavioral health setting
  • California BBS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - CA Board of Behavioral Sciences
  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association
  • Excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply practical assessment, interviewing, and counseling techniques
