Benefits We Offer:
- Flexibility: Create a schedule that works for you. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance
- Remote Work: All therapy and administrative tasks are done remotely, allowing you to practice from anywhere in Colorado
- Steady Referrals: We match you with clients that align with your clinical interests and expertise
- Full Administrative Support: We handle scheduling, billing, insurance, and tech—so you can focus on therapy
- Competitive Compensation: Transparent per-session rates with opportunities for incentives and bonuses based on performance and client retention
- Clinical Community: A supportive, non-competitive, and collaborative environment with peer consults, group supervision (optional), and regular team check-ins
- Professional Development: Access to continuing education stipends, clinical resources, and opportunities for leadership within the practice
- Optional Leadership Roles: Opportunities to take on clinical or administrative leadership positions as the practice grows
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to clients using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, etc.)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Maine Board of Social Work Licensure and HIPAA regulations
- Participate in optional team consultations, peer support, and continuing education
- Provide referrals and case management services as needed
- Support clients in achieving therapeutic goals and making positive, sustainable changes in their lives
Ideal Candidate:
- Active LCSW license in the state of Maine (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Experience providing clinical therapy and social work services
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Specializations in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, perinatal mental health, family systems, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, or other clinical niches
- Experience working with diverse populations, including rural or underserved communities
If you are a self-driven, and skilled LCSW who is excited to work in a flexible, client-centered environment, we want to hear from you!
