About The Job

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals serving clients throughout Arizona via telehealth. Whether you're passionate about supporting individuals through trauma, life transitions, or managing chronic stress and mental health concerns, we want to hear from you.

As a remote LCSW, you’ll provide therapy to individuals (and optionally, couples or families) through our secure telehealth platform. You'll work independently, but never alone—our administrative and clinical teams are here to support you every step of the way.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • Active LCSW license in the state of Arizona (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Prior experience with telehealth platforms is a plus, but training is available.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Empathic, ethical, and client-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining connection with the team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals across a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational challenges.
  • Complete clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation that aligns with state licensing standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Use secure telehealth technology to deliver therapy in a private, HIPAA-compliant setting.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians as needed and participate in team meetings or case consults.
  • Stay current with licensure requirements, CEUs, and best practices in the field.

What We Offer:

  • Remote-first flexibility – design your schedule around your life.
  • Competitive compensation with a steady flow of referrals.
  • Admin support for billing, client onboarding, and tech assistance.
  • Access to clinical consultation, peer support, and CE opportunities.
  • Optional benefits package for full-time team members (health insurance, PTO, etc.).
  • Opportunity to specialize or grow your clinical focus (e.g., trauma, perinatal mental health, LGBTQ+ clients, etc.).

Ready to Join Us? We believe therapy should be accessible, human-centered, and grounded in respect, empathy, and equity.
