Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. As a Remote LCSW, you will provide psychotherapy to a diverse caseload of clients seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and more. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Document progress notes and treatment updates accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain ethical standards and adhere to Pennsylvania licensing regulations
  • Attend optional clinical team meetings, peer consults, and professional development sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and, when appropriate, external providers or community resources

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania (active and unrestricted license required)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
  • 1+ years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
  • Skilled in using evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passionate about providing inclusive, culturally responsive care
  • Bilingual or multicultural clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
