About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, perfect for a clinician looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive community of professionals who value your voice and your work. As a Remote LCSW, you will provide psychotherapy to a diverse caseload of clients seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and more. You’ll work independently with the backing of a fully staffed admin team, easy-to-use tech tools, and a clinical leadership team available for consultation and support.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Document progress notes and treatment updates accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain ethical standards and adhere to Pennsylvania licensing regulations
- Attend optional clinical team meetings, peer consults, and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams and, when appropriate, external providers or community resources
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania (active and unrestricted license required)
- Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- 1+ years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
- Skilled in using evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passionate about providing inclusive, culturally responsive care
- Bilingual or multicultural clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
