As an LCSW on our outpatient team, you will play a central role in providing accessible, compassionate, and evidence-informed mental health care. You’ll work with a diverse caseload based on your expertise and clinical interests.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver individual, group, or family psychotherapy in a supportive outpatient setting
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our secure EHR system
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, MFTs, peer specialists, and case managers as needed
- Provide referrals, advocacy, and care coordination when appropriate
- Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, or consultation (based on interest/requirement)
- Promote client empowerment, resilience, and culturally sensitive care
- Active LCSW license in California (in good standing)
- At least 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient, medical, or community mental health settings
- Deep understanding of trauma-informed care, systems theory, and biopsychosocial approaches
- Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment planning
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Commitment to ethical practice, client dignity, and social justice
- Comfortable using technology and EHR systems for documentation and telehealth
