Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide compassionate, client-centered care to individuals, families, or couples from the comfort of your home office. We welcome therapists who are grounded in evidence-based practice and aligned with our values of integrity, empathy, and equity.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide ongoing individual and/or family psychotherapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in a user-friendly EHR
- Work with a diverse caseload, tailored to your clinical strengths and interests
- Participate in optional peer consultation, trainings, or case conferences to support clinical development and reduce isolation
- Collaborate with our clinical operations and administrative team to ensure continuity of care
- Active LCSW license in the state of California (no ASW at this time)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Proficiency in telehealth and comfort using digital platforms for care delivery and documentation
- Strong grounding in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Self-motivated with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- Committed to professional ethics, confidentiality, and client-centered care
