About This Opportunity:
Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) ready to take your clinical skills to the next level in an environment that deeply values connection, inclusion, and lasting impact? If you’re passionate about walking alongside individuals, families, and communities on their journey toward healing and stability, we invite you to explore a rewarding opportunity with our growing outpatient team across California.
As an LCSW in our outpatient program, you will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to clients dealing with a wide range of concerns—anxiety, trauma, depression, housing instability, systemic oppression, and more. This role offers the opportunity to balance clinical depth with case management insight, delivering truly holistic care.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans
  • Provide short- and long-term therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or families
  • Facilitate psychoeducational or support groups (optional)
  • Coordinate care with external providers, social service agencies, and healthcare systems
  • Document services accurately and timely in an EHR system
  • Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and continuing education
  • Contribute to a culture of equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed practice
What We’re Looking For :
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California (required)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • 1+ years of clinical post-licensure experience preferred (open to strong new LCSWs)
  • Commitment to culturally responsive care and social justice values
  • Comfortable working with underserved, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or unhoused populations
  • Experience with crisis intervention, trauma, or co-occurring disorders is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with EHR systems
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Flexible work schedule, including hybrid or fully remote options
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Continuing education support and clinical supervision
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • A supportive, values-driven team that prioritizes clinician well-being
Let’s build something meaningful—for your career, and for the communities we serve.
