Looking for a Full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Salary:
$100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits

We are in need of Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team and counsel individuals, couples, and families at our medical facility. We help people live healthier and more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare

Responsibilities:

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
  
• Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Must have a valid license as LICSW.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
