Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Through collaboration with other specialty providers, this position determines and creates appropriate treatment plans for new and existing patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, addressing a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and support services.
  • Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred
  • Active Washington Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Social Worker
  • General knowledge and understanding of clinical verbiage
  • Strong attention to detail for use in chart documentation
  • Excellent time management/calendaring skills and ability to deliver documentation timely
  • Strong experience using computers and computer systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, or other systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
