About Us

The Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) will work on a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a primary care/telephonic setting, focusing on coaching and coordination of care for patients needing navigation and addressing patient care needs and follow-up after clinical care. Responsibilities specific to Licensed Clinical Social Worker include providing observation, ongoing assessment, and therapeutic intervention consistent with physical and psychological status. Awareness of services available to patients and their families is an important part of this assessment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver virtual mental health services to clients across Georgia. In this role, you will provide individual, couples, and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote client well-being. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, compassionate, and skilled in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) to support client progress.

  • Offer crisis intervention and emotional support during urgent situations.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals for coordinated care.

  • Participate in virtual team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.

  • Ensure a secure and confidential telehealth environment, adhering to best practices in virtual care.

Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW license in the state of Iowa.

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (LISW) from an accredited program.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote clinical documentation.

  • Strong skills in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices.

  • Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually with a multidisciplinary team.
