Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We’re currently looking for a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our onsite team. You’ll provide outpatient mental health therapy to a diverse caseload of clients—individuals, couples, families, or groups, depending on your passion and training.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, or families
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with team members and participate in supervision or consultation (as applicable)
• Uphold ethical and professional standards according to Maryland licensing regulations

What You Bring:

• Current Iowa LISW license (or close to full licensure—we offer supervision)
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches
• Comfort working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for social justice, mental wellness, and community healing
