Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Macon-Bibb County, GA

We specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our clinic offers evidence-based therapies and personalized care to support our clients' well-being.

Work Schedule:
Full-time and Part-time position with flexible scheduling, including some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly evidence-based care through synchronous live video sessions to adults with a wide range of emotional disorders
- Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment and with fellow therapists as part of the growing therapist community
- Draw on automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to monitored and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly, reliable therapist portal that includes digital tools for streamlined documentation
- Receive support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team when needed
Provide talk therapy for individuals (13 yrs & up) and/or couples, in-person or virtually, using evidence-based psychotherapy (psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, etc)
- Commitment to measurement based-care
- Strictly adhere to HIPAA and security regulations to protect guests' health information
- Create comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation through our streamlined, user-friendly, custom therapist portal
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work required.
- Active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Salary and Benefits:
- The annual base salary range is $80k to $100k
- Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/ or skill level, among other things
