Your Impact Starts Here: Remote Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

We are seeking licensed therapists to join our remote team and help provide personalized, compassionate care to clients across California. As a mental health therapist with us, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule and create meaningful change in the lives of others.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments.
  • Use proven therapeutic techniques to help clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients as they work toward their goals.
  • Maintain accurate and secure client records, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Participate in regular training and development to stay on top of the latest therapeutic practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active California licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
  • A passion for providing remote mental health care and creating a safe space for clients.
  • Familiarity with telehealth tools and an ability to connect with clients virtually.
