Compassionate Remote Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Are you a dedicated mental health professional with a passion for providing care remotely? We’re seeking licensed therapists who want to make a real difference in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus full benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Offer remote therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive space for clients.
  • Assess clients’ needs and tailor treatment plans that are unique to their circumstances.
  • Use evidence-based approaches to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
  • Ensure clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapy process.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions.
  • Stay updated on best practices and new research to enhance your clinical approach.

Ideal Candidate:

  • You are licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • You have at least 1-3 years of experience working with a diverse client base.
  • You have a deep understanding of remote therapy platforms and mental health disorders.
  • You are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
