Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals through virtual video sessions.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each client.
• Utilize progress tracking tools to monitor client success, adjusting strategies as necessary to foster healing and growth.
• Receive regular support and feedback from a team that’s focused on your professional development and client care.

Your Background:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California.
• Three or more years of experience in counseling individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Proficient in providing remote therapy and familiar with crisis intervention, mental health disorders, and evidence-based practices.
• Passionate about working with a diverse range of clients and backgrounds.
