Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.

Your Role in Our Team:

• Lead therapy sessions with individuals, focusing on evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Work closely with a diverse team of professionals to ensure holistic care for each client.
• Monitor client progress through self-assessments and regular reviews, adjusting plans to maximize success.
• Gain access to regular consultations and team support to enhance your practice.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California.
• A minimum of three years working with individuals across different age groups.
• Expertise in remote therapy, mental health conditions, and crisis intervention.
• A passion for working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
