As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you’ll help individuals across California face their mental health challenges and achieve meaningful healing. Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.

Your Impact:

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with adult clients via video, offering them the support they need to heal and thrive.
• Collaborate with our team of professionals to create and adjust individualized care plans based on client needs and goals.
• Track client progress using self-assessments and outcomes measures, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
• Access professional support and resources to help you grow as a counselor and provide the best care possible.

Ideal Candidate:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT licensed in California.
• At least three years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Comfortable providing remote services and utilizing various therapeutic approaches.
• Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
