Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual counseling to individuals, focusing on evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure holistic and individualized care.
• Use client progress assessments to adjust and optimize care plans.
• Participate in regular team discussions, receiving support to ensure your continued success and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• California licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• At least three years of experience working with diverse client populations.
• Comfortable working remotely and skilled in crisis intervention and mental health treatment.
• Experience with a wide range of mental health conditions.
