Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Position in Worcester, Massachusetts
Our counseling center provides meaningful mental health services to support individuals, couples, and families. We aim to empower our clients and are expanding our team with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
Job Type:
Full-time role.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal client care.
- Offer guidance to families and caregivers.
- Identify and address behavioral patterns affecting recovery.
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Candidate Profile:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
- Knowledge of prescribed medication impacts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Relevant training or certification is a plus.
