Hiring Immediately for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Refreshed Mental Health Clinic.

We are offering a hire-on incentive for the position of Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

We assist people in living their best lives. We provide therapy for emotional health and wellbeing, as well as programs for drug use recovery, developmental impairments, and acquired brain damage, as well as housing and residential programming. Do you hold a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in another state? We will cover the expenses for you to become licensed in the state!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and treatment planning, as well as consultation in the construction of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, pharmaceutical treatment plans, and so on, as needed.
  • Complete relevant documents on schedule and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • As directed by the clinical team, use evidence-based screening techniques.
  • Develop and implement positive behavior support strategies in collaboration with teams/programs.
  • Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes.
  • As needed, act as a liaison with applicable service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners.
  • Create and maintain open and effective channels of communication in order to achieve contract requirements and promote MHA's purpose in the community.
  • Create and sustain connections with local, state, federal, and private agencies and organizations in order to promote programs and discover and secure possible new alliances, partnerships, and funding sources.
  • Seek out activities that will help you improve personally and professionally. Attend conferences and classes, give presentations to organizations, and represent the agency. Attend/participate in statewide meetings, task forces, committees, and other activities related to your area of expertise.
  • Promote and incorporate the mission, values, philosophy, and principles of the agency.

Minimal Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required
  • Independent LMHC License

Salary:

$80,000-100,000
