Hiring Immediately for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Welkins Mind Healthcare, Inc.
We are giving a hire-on bonus for the Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed evaluations and engage in treatment planning, as well as consult on pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, pharmaceutical treatment plans, and other relevant components.
- Ensure timely completion of relevant documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Use the clinical team's suggested evidence-based screening techniques.
- Effectively collaborate with teams and programs to develop and implement positive behavior support strategies.
- Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes.
- As needed, act as a liaison between appropriate service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners.
- Establish and maintain open and effective channels of communication in order to achieve contract requirements and enhance MHA's purpose in the community.

Minimal Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required
- Independent LMHC License
Salary:
$90,000-105,000 + Bonus
