We provide psychiatric treatment to children and adolescents who present with a broad range of psychiatric, and behavioral disorders and autism. A clinically skilled multidisciplinary team works to partner with the youth and family to accomplish their goals in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Salary:

$76,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in counseling, or a related field
  • Active license as a mental health counselor in the state of Michigan
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques and therapies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards of professional conduct

Responsibilities:

  • As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for providing counseling services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to clients
  • Conduct assessments to determine clients' mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans
