Immediate Hiring: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Full Time or Part Time Position Available at a Great Lakes Psychology Clinic.

We provide a sign-on bonus for the Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) position.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations and contribute to treatment planning, such as consulting on pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, pharmacological treatment plans, and other relevant components.

- Ensure timely and correct completion of required documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.

- Use the clinical team's suggested evidence-based screening approaches.

- Effectively collaborate with teams and programs to develop and implement positive behavior support techniques.

- Take an active role in all licensing and accreditation processes.

- Act as a liaison between applicable service systems, government agencies, and community partners as needed.

- Develop and maintain clear and effective communication channels in order to achieve contract requirements and further MHA's purpose in the community.

- Participate in all licensing and accreditation processes.

- Serve as a link between applicable service systems, government agencies, and community partners as needed.

- Develop and maintain clear and effective communication channels in order to achieve contract obligations and strengthen MHA's community goal.

Minimal Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required
  • Independent LMHC License

Salary:

$90,000-105,000 + Bonus
