Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, and pharmacological treatment plans if needed.

- Ensure that the applicable documentation is completed on time and in accordance with regulatory standards.

- As advised by the clinical team, use evidence-based screening approaches.

- Work with teams and programs to create and implement positive behavior support techniques.

- Take an active role in all licensing and accreditation processes.

- As needed, act as a liaison with applicable service systems, government agencies, and community partners.

- Create and maintain efficient communication channels in order to satisfy contract obligations while also advancing the organization's goal in the community.

- Develop and maintain contacts with local, state, federal, and private agencies and groups in order to promote programs and investigate prospective collaborations, alliances, and financing.

- Participate in statewide meetings, task forces, committees, and other events pertaining to your field.

- Advocate for and incorporate the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles into your work.

Minimal Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required
  • Independent LMHC License

Salary:

$90,000-105,000 annually.
