Position Available Full-time and Part-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We are looking for a licensed mental health counselor to join our telehealth team. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting counseling sessions through video conferencing or phone calls. The candidate must be able to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for individuals with mental health issues.

Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 yearly with sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct counseling sessions through telehealth technology
• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals
• Help clients improve coping skills and adjust to life changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
• State licensure as a mental health counselor
• Experience in telehealth counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and evening hours as needed
