WANTED FULL-TIME/PART-TIME LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR (LMHC)

We are actively seeking highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to join us, ensuring our clients receive prompt and high-quality care.

Our services include general mental health counseling, therapy for various disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, PTSD), and individual and group therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to address common mental health concerns and provide a sense of community.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Offer crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies.
- Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
- Experience delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound judgment and adherence to professional boundaries and ethics.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year
