WE ARE LOOKING FOR FULL-TIME/PART-TIME LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR

Our company is a leading provider of online mental health and counseling services dedicated to improving the well-being of individuals. We believe in accessible, high-quality mental health support, and we are looking for a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team remotely.

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide compassionate and effective counseling services to clients in a remote setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their goals for personal growth and well-being.

Pay: $80,000 to $100,000 per year plus sign on bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families using secure and HIPAA-compliant video conferencing technology.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and set measurable goals.
  • Offer evidence-based counseling and therapy interventions to address clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.
  • Provide immediate support and intervention in crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Educate clients about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and resources to empower them to manage their mental health effectively.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, referring providers, and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state/province/country of residence.
  • Master's degree or higher in counseling or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years experience in the same field.
  • Experience providing counseling services, preferably in a remote or online setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
  • Commitment to ethical and confidential counseling practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs.
