Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) Needed

We are a crisis intervention center seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) experienced in addiction therapy, dedicated to aiding individuals in their journey to overcome substance misuse. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build healing therapeutic connections.

We concentrate on addiction therapy, thorough drug abuse treatment, immediate support, and counseling for people in distress, including trauma intervention, emotional crisis management, and suicide prevention.

Work Schedule:

Regular workweek 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health requirements.
  • Developing and executing evidence-based treatment plans customized to individual client goals.
  • Offering individual, couples, and group counseling to a diverse client base. Utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams for comprehensive client care.
  • Maintaining confidential client records following legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Engaging in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Minimal Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required
  • Independent LMHC License

Salary:

$70,000-100,000
