Full-time/Part-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Position Available

We are a mental health clinic dedicated to helping individuals improve their emotional and mental well-being. Our team of professionals is committed to providing comprehensive counseling services through evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans.

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients dealing with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship difficulties
  • Complete diagnostic assessments and provide treatment plans to clients based on their specific needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records
  • Participate in clinical supervision and continued education to stay up-to-date on best practices and maintain licensure
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field
  • Licensure as a mental health counselor in the state
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services to individuals, groups, and families
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Proficient in electronic health record documentation and technology
