Hiring Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We are seeking a highly qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for assessing clients' mental health conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing psychotherapy to help clients cope with their emotional and mental concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client assessments to determine their mental health conditions and needs
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's mental health concerns and needs
  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients
  • Facilitate group or family therapy sessions as needed
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Document all client interactions, progress, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive mental health care to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with the latest mental health treatments and technologies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field
  • Valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor
  • Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of mental health treatment options and evidence-based practices
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other technology used in mental health care
