Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions that align with clients' needs and preferences.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
  • Educate clients about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing therapy practice, maintaining client confidentiality and informed consent.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence in working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health
  • Strong clinical experience and competence in providing therapy services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
