LOOKING FOR LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR (LMHC)

Our company is a reputable outpatient mental health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapeutic services to individuals seeking support for their mental health and emotional well-being.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team.

Pay: $80,000 to $100,000 per year and We offer sign on bonus!

Schedule: Full-time, Monday ti Friday, 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions to clients across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues.
  • Collaboratively develop treatment plans that are client-centered, incorporating evidence-based interventions and measurable goals.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients facing immediate mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations governing counseling practice, including client confidentiality and informed consent.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence in providing services to clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensed.
  • Minimum of three years experience in related field.
  • Strong clinical experience and competence in providing outpatient therapy services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and the ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients.
  • Ethical and professional conduct.
