We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team of professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation process of our clients. You will provide therapeutic support and guidance to individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, helping them develop coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve lasting recovery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify co-occurring disorders and individualized treatment needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address addiction-related issues, trauma, and other underlying mental health concerns.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout their rehabilitation journey and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction counselors, to ensure holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health, addiction, and recovery principles.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Accredited Institutions / Universities
• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Minimum 3 years of recent experiencemental health support.
• Additional training or specialization in rehabilitationmental health

Salary:

$70,000-100,000
