HIRING IMMEDIATELY FULL-TIME LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR (LMHC)

We are giving a hire-on bonus for the Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) role

With respect, integrity, and compassion, we provide each individual served through person-driven programming to foster independence, community engagement, wellness, and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and treatment planning, as well as consultation, as requested, in the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, medication treatment plans, etc.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner, meeting regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical team.
• Work collaboratively with teams/ programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling
• Must have completed a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting
• Must be license eligible by State
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
• A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:

$70,000-100,000 yearly with sign-on bonus!
