Hiring a full-time/part-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Remotely

We are looking for a licensed mental health counselor to join our team remotely. As a remote counselor, you will be responsible for conducting virtual therapy sessions with clients, assessing their mental health needs, and developing treatment plans customized for each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing technology.
• Assess each client's mental health needs and create comprehensive treatment plans to address them.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients based on their needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards related to mental health counseling.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling or a related field.
• Licensure as a mental health counselor in the state
• At least 3years of experience working in mental health counseling.
• Experience conducting virtual therapy sessions using video conferencing technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Comfortable with using technology to communicate and manage client information.
