Position Overview: We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. Position Type: Part-Time

Compensation: $52,000 to $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
  • Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress over the course of treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the field of mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state.
  • Experience providing counseling services to diverse populations.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
