Looking For a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Job Position: Full-Time

Location: Washington

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington. The counselor will be responsible for treatment planning, providing mental health counseling, offering psychology services, conducting relationship counseling, and managing client cases on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform intake interviews/assessments and collects and processes psycho-social data from participants, families, peers and others as appropriate.
  • Knowledgeable of the mental health recovery model and integrates recovery principles into clinical practice.
  • Develops, maintains, implements crisis and treatment plans with client’s input with a focus on building upon strengths.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and clinicians to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Conduct intake appointments, create treatment plan and goals, maintain accurate records of patient progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in mental health counseling (LMHC)
  • Treatment Planning, Mental Health, and Psychology skills
  • Active Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington
  • 2 years Mental Health Experience Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a mental health setting
  • Knowledge of various counseling techniques including grief counseling and some addiction counseling.
