Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) in Washington to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care to patients grappling with chronic pain. In addition to traditional counseling responsibilities, candidates may also have the opportunity to fulfill aspects of a health coaching role, supporting patients in adopting holistic approaches to pain management and wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct counseling sessions with patients experiencing chronic pain.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Empower patients to become active participants in their pain management journey.
  • Provide support and guidance to help patients navigate emotional challenges associated with chronic pain.
  • Assist patients in implementing lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling.
  • Valid and Active LMHC license in Washington State.
  • At least 3 years of experience in counseling individuals with chronic pain or related conditions preferred.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
