Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job description

We provide access to therapies for emotional health and wellness; services for substance use recovery, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injury; services for housing and residential programming, and more. With respect, integrity, and compassion, we provide each individual served through person-driven programming to foster independence, community engagement, wellness, and recovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teams/ programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
  • Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes.
  • Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies and organizations to promote programs and to identify and secure potential new alliances, partnerships, and funding sources.
  • Pursue activities to enhance personal and professional growth. Attend conferences, and classes, address groups, and represent the agency. Attend/participate in statewide meetings, task forces, committees, etc. relating to the area of expertise.
  • Promote and integrate agency mission, values, philosophy, and principles.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required
  • Independent LMHC License
  • At least 2 years of experience in mental health field
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Comfortable completing intake assessments
