Looking for a Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our Clinic

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our private practice and deliver meaningful therapy services. Salary Range:
  • $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
  • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
  • Participate in or create community outreach programs to raise awareness and provide education on mental health issues.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and any relevant communications.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active state license as an LMHC equivalent.
  • Must have at least 3 years prior experience in outpatient setting.
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
  • Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
