Looking for a Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our Private Practice.
Come and join our private practice in providing mental health treatment. We are searching for qualified and enthusiastic Licensed Professional Counselor to join is a multi-disciplinary clinical team that assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses. As Counselor, you will provide clients and their families with support in learning new skills and connecting to community resources.

As Counselor, you will provide clients and their families with support in learning new skills and connecting to community resources.
Salary Range:
- $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Provide mental health assessments for new program clients
- Develop an individualized treatment plan in collaboration with each client
- Assist with case management such as assisting clients with completion of benefits paperwork or securing housing, monitoring of protective payee agreement, and connecting to community resources
- Monitor client symptoms and medication response
- Complete all required clinical documentation in a timely and client-centered manner
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.
- Active Washington State LMHC licensure.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General skill in exercising independent judgment, tact, patience, and understanding
