SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
SALARY
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities
- Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
- Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
- Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counselor from an accredited program.
- Current Washington state LMHC licensure.
- Preferred 3 experience in behavioral health experience.
- Expertise in Integrative, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
