Looking for a Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to Join Our Outpatient Clinic

Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Orients and educates clients and their families by meeting them in and out of the office
  • Provides Crisis Management Services
  • Performs real world problem solving with the client
  • Provide education information in conjunction with direct service providers related to treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing service requirements.
  • Adds to the interdisciplinary recovery plan and other clinician tools by participating in meetings
  • Works with Care Coordinator to make and monitor applicable referrals
  • Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Must hold a valid Washington state license as an LMHC.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Proficiency in treatment models appropriate to clinician’s modalities and scope of training
  • Computer literacy, including the use of HIPAA compliant EHR software
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
