As a Counselor, you will play an integral role in delivering effective counseling services, conducting in-depth assessments, creating customized treatment plans, and maintaining meticulous clinical records. Your contributions will be essential in shaping the future of mental health care in our community.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Perform various patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Create programs/groups for the treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
- Monitor outcomes as an integral part of the team.
- Participate in continuity of care and/or discharge planning and facilitate advance care planning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis and identified needs.
- Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record following departmental policies.
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current Washington state license as LMHC.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
- Proficiency in Integrative, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
