Job Type: Full-time

SALARY: $90,000 - $115,000 per year and benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.
• Track client progress throughout their treatment journey and make data-informed adjustments to their therapeutic plans.
• with a network of professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to develop integrated care strategies.
• Follow up with medical professionals to coordinate care for clients undergoing intensive treatment or hospitalization.
• Identify and address behaviors that may hinder recovery and guide clients in adopting healthier coping mechanisms.
• Educate and support family members in managing the challenges of mental health, ensuring a well-rounded approach to care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
