Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC): Be a Beacon of Hope

We’re searching for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care. In this role, you’ll support clients through their emotional and behavioral struggles, helping them develop coping skills and strategies to thrive. Job Type: Full-time

SALARY: $90,000 - $115,000 per year and benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, addressing a variety of mental health issues.
• Keep track of each client’s progress throughout the treatment plan and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Partner with doctors, social workers, and other specialists to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Liaise with healthcare providers for clients requiring hospitalization or more intensive treatment.
• Address behaviors that may interfere with recovery and help clients develop healthier patterns.
• Equip family members with tools and knowledge to better support loved ones facing mental health challenges.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
