Job Type: Full-time
SALARY: $90,000 - $115,000 per year and benefits
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy, using a strengths-based approach to support clients through challenges.
- Track client progress and outcomes, collaborating with other mental health professionals to refine treatment plans as needed.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support.
- Communicate with psychiatrists and attending physicians to ensure continuity of care for clients requiring hospitalization or intensive treatment.
- : Help clients recognize and change behaviors that are obstacles to their recovery and wellness.
- Offer guidance to family members and primary caregivers, helping them understand and manage the complexities of mental health care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
- Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state.
- Must have experience working with older adults
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
