Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Help People Thrive

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with us, you’ll provide care to individuals, couples, and families, guiding them through their healing journeys with compassion and skill. We’re looking for someone who’s dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered therapy.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs
• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health specialists, social workers, and physicians to provide comprehensive care
• Stay in touch with psychiatrists and attending physicians for hospitalized clients to ensure smooth care transitions
• Support families and caregivers in managing the emotional challenges they face

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
